EYE-OF-THE-NEEDLE RESTAURANT. Atop the famous Space Needle is this fabulous "Cafe in the Sky" - which revolves slowly to give you a panoramic view of the Fair Grounds, the city, the harbor, and lakes of Seattle and the surrounding countryside, dominated by magnificent Mount Rainier.
